Here at Golden Hearts Adult Day Care, we provide compassionate, culturally centered care for Vietnamese and Asian American elders. As a Missouri Medicaid–funded center, we make quality daytime support more accessible to families in our community. From traditional meals to bilingual staff and meaningful activities, we create a safe and joyful space where your loved ones feel valued, connected, and at home.

Services
Transportation
We provide daily shuttle services to and from our center, exclusively for qualified members. All transportation is covered through Medicaid, ensuring safe and reliable access to care.
Meal Services
Enjoy freshly prepared American/ Vietnamese breakfasts and lunches every weekday (Mon–Fri), crafted by our experienced kitchen staff using ingredients sourced from local Asian markets — made with care, for our community.
Health Monitoring
Our bilingual medical partners ensure each member receives attentive, personalized care. From medication reminders to routine health vitals, we’re here to help you stay informed and supported every step of the way.
Social Activities
Build lasting friendships and rediscover joy through shared traditions. Join us for group exercises, karaoke, lotto, seasonal celebrations, and more — all in a familiar and welcoming environment.
